SB 406 -- DRIVER'S LICENSE RECIPROCITY

This bill allows the Director of the Department of Revenue to
enter into reciprocal agreements with foreign countries on
driver's licenses.  The agreements may allow individuals with
foreign licenses to obtain a Missouri driver's license without
taking the written or driving examination.
